Silethubuhle Moyo is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment in the field of Diplomacy and International Relations.

As the founder of the Southern African Young Diplomats , Silethubuhle has dedicated her career to creating platforms and opportunities for young people to engage with and pursue careers in Diplomacy. Through SAYD, Silethubuhle works to bridge the gap between aspiring young diplomats and the resources, mentorship, and networks needed to thrive in the field.

A graduate of an Honors degree in International Relations from Africa University, Silethubuhle has built a strong academic foundation in Global Diplomacy. Her commitment to deepening her expertise is further exemplified by the completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Defense and Security Studies, continuing her education and refining her understanding of the complex dynamics that shape International Relations and Global Security.

Driven by a belief in the transformative power of Diplomacy, she is deeply invested in the empowerment of young people who aspire to contribute meaningfully to International Diplomacy. Her pioneering role in SAYD has created a vibrant community of young professionals, fostering dialogue, capacity building, and advocacy on key Global Issues.

Silethubuhle’s work is centered around mentoring and preparing the next generation of Diplomats for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in a rapidly evolving international landscape. Passionate about contributing to the broader discourse on diplomacy, she continues to advocate for policies that promote education, collaboration, and leadership in International Relations.

Nicole Duma is a dynamic business development professional and international relations first class graduate. She works with international clients across the US and UK, to drive growth and collaboration.

As the founder of the Young Moguls Mixer, Nicole brings young professionals and entrepreneurs together to promote self actualization, development and innovation. She is also a skilled Director of Ceremonies and Keynote Speaker.

Nicole is passionate about empowering young people and advancing diplomatic initiatives. When not navigating the world of diplomacy and business, she can be found on the tennis court or curled up with a good book. With a strong background in international relations and a commitment to youth leadership, she is dedicated to shaping the future of diplomacy and professional excellence globally.

Bessie Ndebele

Bessie Ndebele is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background in international relations.

She proudly holds an executive certificate in Diplomacy Protocol, Etiquette and Professional Branding acquired from the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy. She further completed her diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy and International Relations at the same institution. Additionally, she is a graduate of Africa University with a BSc (Hons) degree in International Relations.

Currently, she is completing her MSc degree in International Studies at the Zimbabwe National Defense University. Bessie’s expertise lies in examining the complexities of global affairs, diplomacy, and geopolitics. Throughout her academic journey, she developed exceptional research and analytical skills that she has successfully applied to numerous projects.

With a keen understanding of various cultural contexts and societal dynamics, she consistently excels in identifying underlying political and economic issues influencing international relations. Highly motivated and dedicated, Bessie’s passion for international relations continues to drive her towards making meaningful contributions in fostering peace, promoting cooperation, and shaping policies that positively impact our interconnected global community.

Tawanda Dzingaye

Tawanda Dzingaye

Tawanda Dzingayi is a visionary AI Engineer and Data Analyst capitalising on cutting-edge technology with a bold diplomatic spirit to shape Africa’s digital and policy frontiers. He is celebrated for his rare blend of technical ingenuity, emotional intelligence, and global insight, hailed by Dr. Arthur Gwagwa of Utrecht University as “an ideal Gen Z every employer should be curious about.”

A fierce advocate for tech diplomacy and its implications on economic development, Tawanda has represented the Republic of Congo and Egypt at the Yale Model African Union (YMAU), where his eloquence and intellect earned him Honourable and Outstanding Delegate awards. He leads as Dean of Diplomats for the Southern African Young Diplomats (SAYD) and serves as Zimbabwe’s Ambassador to the Diplomatic Envoy Model United Nations (DEMUN). He is also a youth leader in Phase II of the Youth Leader Fund for a World without Nuclear Weapons by the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs with the generous support of the Government of Japan.

He holds a BSc in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Tawanda is the mind behind disruptive innovations, including an award-winning fintech-insuretech solution tackling Africa’s $12B microinsurance gap. Through his AI4A initiative under the UN Millennium Fellowship, he champions inclusive AI and ethical innovation.
